Thank you for choosing The RV Spa, a brand of The Mobile RV Spa LLC. Our goal is to provide a luxury mobile spa experience for your RV with professionalism, convenience, and exceptional results. The following terms apply to all services and booking requests.

1. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service. A secure digital payment link will be provided once service is finished. Guests do not need to be present during service.
If payment is delayed beyond the day of service, an invoice will be issued and may be subject to additional fees if not paid promptly.
2. Minimum Service Requirement
The RV Spa maintains a $200 minimum per appointment.
This minimum applies to the total service delivered in a single scheduled visit, regardless of the number of RVs serviced at the same property.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations inside 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a $75 late cancellation fee.
If the guest reschedules within 7 days of the original appointment date, this fee will be waived or credited to the new booking.
Full no-shows will be invoiced the $75 fee, and a new appointment may only be rescheduled once the fee is paid.
Appointments booked within 48 hours are welcome; however, the cancellation fee applies immediately if canceled.
4. Travel and Service Area
Service within a 45-mile radius of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio is included.
Travel beyond this area, when available, may be subject to a $75 extended service fee.
5. Weather, Safety, and Access Requirements
To ensure the highest-quality spa experience, services may be rescheduled or delayed if weather conditions may affect safety or results, including any level of rain, lightning, high winds, extreme temperatures, or hazardous site conditions.
If The RV Spa must reschedule due to weather or safety concerns, no cancellation fee will apply.
Guests are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible working space around the RV, including adequate clearance and a secure environment free of trip hazards, pets, or other safety concerns. The RV must be accessible at the scheduled time, including unlocked gates, clear access points, and permission to service the vehicle at the location provided.
The RV Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if site conditions, RV condition, or safety concerns prevent service from being performed safely or to standard. In such cases, applicable fees may apply based on time and resources committed.
6. Liability and RV Conditions
Guests acknowledge that RV condition, age, and existing damage may affect results.
The RV Spa is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing defects or wear
• Loose or damaged exterior components
• Leaks or water intrusion caused by faulty seals or components
Guests agree to disclose any known concerns before service begins.
7. Seasonal Operations
Availability may vary depending on seasonal weather conditions.
8. Satisfaction Standard
Guests are encouraged to review the completed service at the time of completion. Any concerns related to workmanship must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for evaluation and resolution.
Environmental factors such as rain, dust, pollen, sap, road residue, or other outdoor exposure occurring after service completion may affect the appearance of the RV and are not considered service defects. These conditions do not qualify for complimentary re-service under this satisfaction standard.
If weather or environmental conditions impact appearance shortly after service, The RV Spa is happy to provide care recommendations or discuss optional maintenance touch-ups when appropriate.
9. Brand, Copyright, and Intellectual Property
The RV Spa is a brand name and service mark of The Mobile RV Spa LLC. All website content, branding, text, images, service names, and related materials are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
10. Photography and Marketing Use
The RV Spa may photograph completed services for quality assurance, documentation, and marketing purposes. License plates, personal items, and identifying details will not be displayed without consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
